Service Agreement

By booking our photography services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Sharp Focus Pro will provide professional photography services as agreed upon in your service contract.

Booking and Payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking date. Full payment is due upon completion of the photography session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.

Copyright and Usage

Sharp Focus Pro retains copyright to all images. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. Commercial use requires additional licensing agreements.

Delivery Timeline

Edited photos will be delivered within 2-4 weeks of the session date, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may affect the photography session.
